Andrew's John Kenneth McCann diary, Wednesday 24 July, 1996 onwards

Goodness, I can't believe that it has been so long since I updated these pages. I have just skimmed
through the last few days that I wrote and they ended with 23rd July - the day we brought John home.
Now it is the 16th (well, actually just past midnight, so the 17th) of August. John was five weeks old
yesterday. I can't remember exactly what happened on each day over the past three and a bit weeks,
but while Mandy is feeding John I thought that I would try to make a start at relating what has
happened and where we are up to.
Here are the main points that we came up with off the top of our heads and which we mean to fill
in:
- Sleeping through! - not in cot
- Pram
- Screamy thing (cats & TV - Friday nights)
- Getting stuff done.
- PUB. (3 weeks, 2 days).
- Photos
- Milk spots
- Visitors - Mum trauma. Grandma (mention getting lost last time). Joan & Norm (mention getting lost
this time)
- Linda - (car parking)
- Waste of time hospital appointment
- Good brain scan
- Reusable nappies
- Recognised in Laura Ashley
- Digitised crying

Been too busy putting new pictures on the site to update the text, but the major news of today is that the health visitor came and weighed John today and he is now 7 pounds 11 ounces!
