"We have done all we can i.e. under our control to reduce any impact by the bug. We attended the seminar and both courses - 2 day assess and manage and four day repair and build - all of which heavily promoted by our Business Link (well done !!) and followed through. However trying to ascertain definitive responses from the major suppliers (B.T., Electricity, Gas etc) has not been so easy. This therefore leaves us with a few reserves in place e.g. candles, alternative heat source etc. The over-riding feeling is that of a nagging doubt that we've forgotten something. It would be useful to know how the rest of the world is getting on, we hear that Britain is second to the USA in the table of readiness so there is hope for the satellites but what about the technologies controlled and run in the rest of the world?
